Climate Change and Health Education: from K-12 to Higher Education

The University of California at San Francisco recently established a Center for Climate, Health and Equity. The Center aims to harness the expertise and leadership of the health sector to drive ambitious climate action that prioritizes the health, equity and respect of all communities. Later this month, the Center will host its launch event with a series of virtual events that showcase learnings from climate and health leaders. CSMP’s Dianne Wilson Graham, Executive Director of the California Physical Education-Health Project, will sit on a panel exploring health education from K-12 to higher education. Graham and fellow speakers will discuss opportunities for building healthy and equitable communities and a healthier planet for future generations.

The panel will be held on Thursday, May 26, from 10:30-11:30 am. More information is available here
