TCAP Framework Launch

Despite pandemic-induced delays, The California Arts Project (TCAP) is proud to announce the launch of the California Arts Education Framework for Public Schools, Transitional Kindergarten Through Grade Twelve (Arts Framework).  The State Board of Education adopted the Framework on July 8, 2020, and TCAP was honored to serve as a primary writer of the document.

On March 1, 2022, the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA) Statewide Arts Initiative and CCSESA's Curriculum and Instructional Steering Committee (CISC), TCAP, California Subject Matter Project and the California Department of Education (CDE) will host the collaboratively developed launch of the Framework. The event will take place virtually from 3:30–4:45 p.m.
